Am married on 7 Dec 2019 --- I havn't my periods for 2 months bt on 4 Feb starts spotting having light very light bleeding of pink clr changes to brown color clots n negative pregnacy test then after back pain pelvic pain bloating feeling heaviness in my belly n now again having no periods -' periods should be started on 4 bt it's 10th of march now ....
