placental clot???
yea autoimmune conditions hoti jes main blood clotting proteins or factors disturb ho jaty body ky
es ke kuch reason inherited hoti and sometime acquired hoti like hormonal intake /obesity/immobility etc
diet itself direct affect nhi but obesity is one of risk factor
yea problems silent b rehti aur symptoms b daiti hain
you need blood thinner treatment for rest of ur preg to avoid any complications
