she shud hv good pregnancy care as twins expose her to a number of complications right frm exaggerated symptoms of pregnancy to increase risk of HTN GDM Anemia PTL etc etc...she shud hv her regular scans done to make sure tht ethg is going normal...she shud also do her routine invx including Urine RE to rule out UTI...
