Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Confusion

Assalam U Alaikum need gynecologist advice Asking on behalf of my cousin Age:23 Female Weight:65 Height:5 ft She is married and not conceived yet.4 months before her periods cycle got disturbed then after checkup she was diagnosed with high level of insulin,bp and thyroid resistance, her ultrasound report was ok.Dr suggested her medication of: thyroxine, glucophage, locyst, ascard, surbex-z and prothiaden after this her periods cycle got normal she is taking these medicines till now. But now the problem is this month she did not get her periods she taught she is pregnant and got done her beta hcg level checked but the report is negative she didn't having periods cramps or any other of symptoms of periods what should she do now???
