Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Complications
Asking for Sister, Female, 24 years old, karachi
My sister is at 31 weeks. According to the ultrasound report doc says that the water level of the baby is low. This can result in premature birth. She has prescribed an injection. Can any of the doc please tell weather this injection is helpful in delaying delivery or will it induce pains?

Aoa yes u can take this injection. This is for baby lung maturation. If baby born before time then it will help. In The scan baby movement slow so u should watch the baby movement. If u noticed less than normal baby movement then immediately to the hospital. Thanks

I would suggest an ultrasound Doppler to rule out placental insufficiency.
