Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I am married since january 2013. I had 1 missed abortion, one successful pregnancy (delivered my son thtough C-Section) alhumdulillah, followed by an MVA. My son is now 2.10 and i have concieved again. My LMP was 15 april. I am a little scared because in my last pregnancy i had very high blood pressure and before delivering my son i was taking 10 (2+2+2+2+2) aldomet with 1 tablet norvasc daily. Thats why i went to get myself checked up the day i got to know i am pregnant. I went to PNS Shifa as i am an entitled patient, but they did not give me much attention rather they were like why have you come for check up os there anything wrong with you. Now i have decided to get treated privately. I want to know about a competitive gynecologist who charges fee within 500 and also does ultrasound herself because i cant pay separately for ultrasound every time. P.S she should a specialist in cases like mine i-e: hypertension Thanks
