Cac c and osnate are both calcium supplements. Take one of them
Can take but take two calcium supplement with gap like morning ,evening.Don’t take with iron tablet. But too much calcium from supplements can cause unpleasant side effect like gas or constipation. Use cac1000 and some of rich sources of calcium in diet like milk,yogurt.cheese,sardines,broccoli,Almonds.fig,turnip,green leafy vegetables
