Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I am 5 weeks pregnant and today i visited my doctor. I had history of pcos after my first child and i was on glucophage and on weight loss journey but after some weight loss i have concieved second time. My question is that doctor prescribed me ivf c injection today and i had my first dose done today i just want to asked is it safe in pregnancy? as i have genetic history of autism in my family, my both siblings are mild autistic. I just forgot to ask this to my gynae now i am really worried please help me and tell me is it safer to take ivf c injections in pregnancy having genetic disease.
