Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

Married since 1.5 years. History of a missed miscarriage My pregnancy test came positive 2 days ago. My gynecologist did a scan and said that the gestational sac is not visible yet, however, the endometrium shows thickness of 18.5 mm which shows pregnancy, so I went for beta hcg test. Report is attached herewith. Please tell kitne weeks ki pregnancy hai aur gestational sac kb tk show ho jaye ga? I'm taking duphaston 2 times a day and adfolic 600 mcg.... My other main concern is that I had intercourse today and after that when I went to wash, there was a bloody brownish discharge in urine. But it didn't happen again. I'll visit my gynecologist tomorrow. But me bloody discharge ki waja se bht preshan ho gai hun k mjhy foran emergency me check krwana chahye ya kal tk wait kr lena chahye? Is it normal or something to worry about? Please answer all my questions please as I'm highly worried right now...
