it is normal. but keep rest .as it is clog which blocks the mouth of uterus to open

its seems to be a mucous plug .. koi bleeding he apko sath?

Better to go to hospital to be examined. It can be mucus plug from cervix or infective discharge
r u having any fever?itching in vagina ? just rest dont worry this is not blood clot.but if discharge persist for long u will b needed treatmnt
