I am 31 years of age female, I am not yet planning to conceive due to my immigration process going on, however I have noticed that from past few months my periods have become shorter and lighter like 3 to 4 days only. I am also hypothyroid patient fr which I take thyroxine each day. Now my question is, I am afraid if I'll have difficulty in conceiving by next year or so? Am I producing less eggs now? Is there anyway I can get my eggs production checked? If yes, what is the procedure? Do I have to worry about it or not?

get your day12 scan for follicular maturation if menstrual cycle regular to confirm ovulation.
your last thyroid profile OK?
In hypothyroid there is some issues regarding conception and also with pregnancy related... But trust on Allah and no need to worry take folic acid 1 tab daily

In Hypothyroidism,some patients conceive easily but some other problem coexist it causes problem so dont delay pregnency

if your periods are reduced, and we know that u r hypothyroid, please check your TSH to c if your throxin u r taking is enough.
Hypothyroidism if well controlled, u can conceive.
To assess the number of egg reserve that u got, for that there is a test AMH. u can do that. We can then rediscuss
salaam. you can have pelvic ultrasound to see dominent follicle
in hypotheroid , if hormons are not normal then there may b some difficulty in conceiving.. but if throid okay. less likely k issue ho.. how many more years u want to plan ?you should worried about the fertility will t depends on at what age u will try to conceive ... 2nd at 35 yers and later there would b different risks related to medical condition and baby .
