Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy
Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Karachi
Salam. I’m 12 weeks pregnant. Today I had my NT scan, after which doctor asked for PAPP-A and Beta HCG blood tests. I want to know is it normal to ask for these blood tests or there is some problem in the scan? Doctor didn’t tell me anything.

dear yes because these are markers for chromosomal abnormalities usually we do NT for screening
send me ur report y u need to do those test did u have any anomalous baby before ???
