Is it possible to have extreme nausea in first pregnancy but not in 2nd? I took test twice both time a strong positive line appear. But i dont have any sickness right now Alhamdolilah. But in my first pregnancy i was very sick. Too much nausea vomitings infact i was having HG. Its my 6th week.

Aoa. Get ur ultrasound after a week, if everything normal then don't worry, every pregnancy is not the same
