Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

hope you're doing great wanted to ask that I am pregnant it's just the srart it's my 4th pregnancy last time I've gone through a miscarriage and had a d&c everything is good but i feel so much weakness n dizziness all the time my heart beats so fast sometimes n I'm not able to do anything due to this condition please suggest me something to get rid of this situation Thanks
