Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

Aoa I got married last year in sep (cousin marriage) nd had irregular periods then I had my tests my prolactin level was high dr suggested me dopergin tablet. After that I concieved in Feb and delivered a baby girl on 3rd Nov who expired on 8th Nov. Some dr said that she had blood infection some said that she had bone marrow issue. On my last scan a lipoma was seen on her brain. I want to ask is it due to cousin marriage? And what test should I keep in mind next time ? And after how many months I can again try to concieve? Before concieving should I again test prolactin level?
