I did a Strip PT at home on the 2nd day of missed period and it had a faint second line which looks like its positive. I am on ny 4th day of missed period now, should I go for a blood test or wait for some more time? also, I am having period like cramps every now and then, lower back pain and hungry every 2 to 3 hours. please guide.

I tested 3 days after my first faint line and it was darker then before. Are period like cramps normal? I am having severe bloating and period like cramps.
