Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I'm married from 3.5 yrs and had conceived 2times b4 which unfortunately ended in miscarriages 1st was early miscarriage and 2nd Dr said was bcuz of incompetent cervix bcuz baby slipped frm uterus n got stuck in cervix at 18+week.after 2nd miscarriage i had dnc & Dr advised me to wait until 8 months for pregnancy.after dat i started trying again n its been almost 8months now i haven't conceived yet.can plz some Dr help me.i am having pcos i do take medicine (lezra) for egg growth and than I'm given ivf injection for ovulation.my main question is that is it possible that a person who is taking medicine n all for ovulation is not getting pregnant may b bcuz she could have a prob in tubes?...is it possible to ovulate and even have ur cycle wid the help of medicine when tube is demaged or block...i haven't had my tubes checked but dats just a tension troubling me.. My thyroid & prolactin is normal but insulin serum test was high bcuz of which I'm taking glucophae 500mg 3times a da
