Talk to Gynecologist on Post Pregnancy

I bleed continuously for more than 2 months after delivery and there were no bleeding since last week but today after 8 days i started to bleed again. Is it my periods or something else as i don't have any pains just hot flushes. My baby is on ebf. During delivery i suffered from huge blood loss my hb level gies to 6.9 and also got three venofere. Also dr find gap in my episiotomy
