Talk to Gynecologist on Pink Discharge In Pregnancy

Its my six week of pregnancy, I had pink discharge for once in night then after that I experienced watery discharge and now there is no discharge and in the noon again very light pink discharge. Is it normal? Please explain. I am so much worried.

maybe because implementation bleeding occurs with in 7 to 14 days after fertilization and is light pink in color

I have done ultrasound yesterday. fetal is fine Alhamdulillah. Dr prescribed me transamin to stop pink discharge.
