Talk to Gynecologist on Piles/ Haemorrhoids

Hi i am 25 old mother. Had normal delivery 15months ago. Initially i had swelling around anus. Then it caused bleeding. Then pain. And then i feel piles had turned into fissure cuz i get severe pain while passing stool. And after an hour the pain gets worsened that i cant sit stand or lie down. i got ok using xyloaid oinment and diltiazem cream. But still whenever i get constipated the problem goes back to the condition that was 1year ago. Will this problem will ever be cured?

Aoa need management. First of all avoid constipation with fruits,vegetables and water. If again sever pain consult the surgeon plz. Thanks

Even if i managed it for few months without any constipation, and after few months i got constipated so the condition went back to that severe pain as if i never recovered from it. The wounds or piles whatever it is it should have been completely disappeared in few months. But it never goes away even if i get slightest of strain on it. I am scared of any surgery

Take fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water. Avoid constipation by using stool softener. Get surgical advice
