I delivered baby three months ago and after 40 days I had periods on 12 August but in September I don't have periods and it's getting late sometimes period like pain in back but sometimes nausea too n I don't want pregnancy p.s I m exclusively breastfeeding mother 3 month old

first confirm your pregnancy at home by urine pregnancy strip test(upt) or by lab test serum bhcg ..
for contraception best is ..book your appointment with Gynaecologist in clinic as it need proper evaluation before prescribing any method for contraception
If you are breast feeding, its normal to have late periods, but rule out pregnancy by home strip test
The cycle gets disturbed during breastfeeding but get a pregnancy test to be on the safer side

Mam there is no pregnancy but I feel nausea daily and sometimes headache too why is this so
