Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Problem
Asking For Self, Female 25, Karachi
Salam doctor, I'm encountering a very rare problem. The problem is that, it's been 4 days since my periods has started and I can observe there are sever blood clots discharged from my body on daily basis and the flow is also quite heavy. I've read in a medical article that passing clots occasionally is okay but too many clots are not okay and the situation is not considered as normal. can you provide me with your professional advice.

nothing of these but, from last two months, I'm feeling abdominal disturbance. it makes sounds like stomach disturbance but it's not stomach I can assure.

are you married?
if flow is heavy you can take cap transamine 500 mg 1+1+1.
if the same pattern persist in next cycle,then get your serum tsh and ultrasound pelvis done on safe side
