-have serum antimullerian hormones also .
- strict check on Diet .try to reduce salt,suger ,oil and spice in diet .
- Add vegetables,fruits,dry fruits ,beans ,fish in your diet .

Dear Lh is towards higher side but fsh Not so how assumed Fsh high ???
prolectin if in ng/ ml then it's also normal .
picture is of polycystic ovaries I think if u have irregular / Scanty or absent ,abnormal hairs and weight gain .
- have anti mulllerian hormone,Transvaginal scan ,serum insulin ,serum progesterone and testosterone .
have Famila or microgynon for 3 cycles to regulate cycles .
follow with labs .

Then as well have familia for 3 cycles along with normal BMI and weight .
Low or high both BMI cause fertility issues and both can cause hormonal imbalance and Pco as well
