Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Delay

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Female, 28 Years old, Riyadh

I am married but not living with husband due to visa and flights issues. My periods were normal. The cycle was of 28 days, 29 days, 30 days and sometimes 32 days. But this time today is the 37th day but still I haven’t got my periods. I am waiting for my husband. Corona and flights issues you know. I wanna conceive when husband’s come. What should I do ? Is it normal ? Should I wait more for periods? Or go to doctor ?

I haven’t had proper diet in this month and was very stressed. This could be the reason?
