Talk to Gynecologist on Periods After Delivery

I had my 2nd c sec on 30th of June. Bleed heavy for 3 days and later it was very mild till 20th day kinda spotting. Then started heavy flow. Till today 13 September, it isn't stopped properly. Got break for only two days,twi times in this whole time when there wasn't even spotting and starts again. I feels dizziness n and cramps in legs for past two days. Is it normal after delivery or I should consult gynecologist?? plz help
