10 weeks postpartum, exclusively breastfeeding the baby. Facing slight bleeding since two days with light cramping. Have my periods returned or something else?

dear this is vaginal spotting, yes u can say this might be initial of menstrual cycle return... but not necessary to be regular with exclusive breast feeding. tc
