My Wife Period'S occurs on 5Th May 2020. After that She missed on 5Th june. She tested Urine But result is Positive with strip. What could be the problem ? Does She should Use any medicine ? I bought misoprostol But i do not know whether She should Take that pills or not in this situation . Kindly need your Suggestions.

How many children you have, positive pregnancy test means she is pregnant and misoprostal is a dangerous drug, who suggested you, if spacing was aimed then you could have taken family planning. Tab. folic acid is the drug of choice.
don't give her misoprostol. give folic acid once daily. booking with nearby obstetrician. after delivery effective birth spacing is the best thing.
