Talk to Gynecologist on Period Problem

Aoa i have 1.5 year to my marriage last year in Aug my wife got pregnant after doing a check and hcg test it will be confirm that my wife preganat and she take regular medicine for child growth as prescribe by doctor.after 1 month in sep last we go to doctor for routine checkup and doctor doing a ultra sound and found in report that there is something init but no cardiac activity so you take a conceptic medicine to clear the baby because due to no cardiac activity. After completing this missabortion we try to take a baby in next year in a month of Feb and in 6 March she has no period after one month In April 6 doing a test and found no baby but still she got no period what I can do plead suggest for period
