its a normal report
Dear! Ultrasound reports seems to be normal except there is no mature follicle which may indicate that there is ovulation problem, but before I could definitely comment on ovulation , I need to know on which day of menstrual cycle ultrasound was done. N need to review other details of you n your husband ..
