Vague unexplained pain needs to be investigated further. U may have issue not related to gynaecology. Pl consult a surgeon like myself. Book an appointment to see me.

As you have already said that ultrasound is normal. Pelvis has organs other than female reproductive organs. There may b issue with urinary system or gut. Or may b related to your pelvic bones and ligaments.
I cannot diagnose without full assessment.

Stress can cause pain. But it s diagnosis of exclusion. I can only label this as stress related pain once i have ruled out other physical causes that cause pain. For that i need to do full clinical assessment.

If the pain you are describing in after 4, 5 days after you finish your periods it could be the normal pain that occurs in some females at the time of ovulation (the time when a mature egg is released from the ovary).

A clear watery discharge is normal in ovulation days but as you are mentioning pain is severe you should get your self examined to make sure there is no serious underlying problem

Yes stress can cause vague, unexplained pain but it is important to rule out any underlying disease causing this pain before making a diagnosis of stress related pain.
As you mentioned your pelvic ultrasound is normal, hopefully you don't have any serious problem but still get your self examined by a doctor when you experience this pain.

You need not worry much. Take plenty of fluids. Do get your URINE RE done. How is appetite? Is there fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal distention? Insha Allah you will be fine soon. STRESS AND ANXIETY ARE TO BE AVOIDED.
