I have lower abdominal pain from last 6 months in ovulation days every month. Also I feel alot of pain during sex in those days.I got married before 2 years but still not conceived.kindly tell me the solution. or refer me specialist regarding this I have been taking medicines also but it didn't cure the pain.

yes periods are regular and feel mild pain but periods are very thick and dark
