Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Rawalpindi
I was diagnosed with PCOS in May this year. until now I have used three medicines for it including Primoult N for two months (did not work for proper periods), Climen for one month (got period 3 days before course completion), and Diane 35 for four months. Diane 35 worked for three months and I went to doctor only once and started course myself. However, this month I had excessive leukorea discharge whole month (previously, it was only one week post and pre periods). Now I am having spotting for two days and still have 6 days left in my 21 days medicine course. What might be the cause of medicine not working? can it be my low body weight? My BMI is 15

Very important to maintain BMI in healthy range.i.e b/w 18.5-25..Do do self medications.Consult gynaecologist
Aoa
yes if BMI is less than nineteen than periods can become irregular...for PCO treatment many other effective medicines are available other than hormones wch give timely relief only...my suggestion is seek advice from another gynaecologist for further management and treatment
