Talk to Gynecologist on Pain In Left Breast

Assalam u alaikum, please keep my name anonymous while posting this on marham
My wife is having a lot of pain in left breast since 4th april 12 pm. She is a breastfeeding mother and is having fever 100.5 since 8 pm. Body pains are also there. What to do ? Plus is it fine to breast feed the child ? The breast is heavy and tender. When she is breastfeeding the baby the pain increases. Is it an infection ?

w salam start guving her panadol three time and take warm water bath plus cold sponging dont stop feeding
She should take Panadol . For feeding try to express the milk from the breast as it is due to milk that has accumulated in easy language . Garam takor kerain . Koi gilti/ abscess to nhi bani ? If not keep feeding the baby . Milk jo nhi baby peetay usko breast se nikal dain .
fever with hot tender breast in feeding mother are signs of infection . so need to be evaluated by examination by a doctor and most probably need antibiotics.doctor will see whether it can be managed only by medication or is there any abcess (pus) in the breast . so immediately should go to surgeon
