Talk to Gynecologist on Pain In Breast

Asslam u alikum I am married since 10 years , have 2 children 9 and 7 years old , last day I noticed i have pain in my right breast I have just done last day with my monthly periods .. I press and check it. It’s near nipple side and I feel some thing hard here when I was pressing one side and had pain while pressing ..pls suggest me something ..I am very worried . I ll take appointment of doc soon but what it could be ?

Seems infection as it's painful lump in breast. But will be clear on examination
It could be infection or a fibroadenoma.
Please seek appointment with a breast surgeon as soon as possible
