Talk to Gynecologist on Pain In Arms And Finger During Pregnancy

Hello I need a gynecologist advise I am 21 weeks pregnant, I am suffering with severe pain in my hands and arms especially during sleep, they also get numb. It seems pain is in my veins, my USG report is fine, blood reports are also fine. My consultant injected 2 vinofir injection with interval of two weeks but I am not getting relief. Please guide what to do?
