Aoa dr I have left ovary dermoid cyst since few years , last year ultrasound showed 4.0 size , now from two months I facing belly botton rectum and vagina area pain and discomfort, is this due to dermoid cyst?

I think its better to go for an open surgery. We will try to conserve ovarian tissue so that there is no problem in conceiving
