I have a septated ovarian cyst. I need information if a septated cyst is a tumor? Also, septated cyst don't resolve on their own?
Please share your ultrasound report.septated ovarian cysts without solid areas have a low risk of cancer.

Further tests needed like tumour marker. Small cysts can resolve spontaneously.
