Aoa one have cysts in both ovaries and free fluid. 2nd no cyst. Thanks
1st scan showing cyst on both sides most likely endometriotic..but need follow up scan after 3 months for size... 2nd shows no cyst... most likely pcos picture...

first one is clearly stating tht u hv cysts on both sides but all r less than five centimeter...now whether simple or otherwise its nt written...further management depends on the three weekly follow up scan wch shud tell at least about the size and nature of the cyst...
the other scan says tht the ovarian volume has increased wch usually commonly in PCO...other differentials cudnt b given as its only the increased ovarian size wch they hv mentioned...now this kind of ultrasound further requires hormonal workup...

mam mainy jub b post ki hy ap ny hamesha achy sy explain keya hy...mjy apsy aik medical advise chahye thi plz meri help kr dein...may fertility k leye aik saal sy treatment krwa rhi thi 2nd ultrasound phly ka hy es k bad mainy kuch hormones k test b krwaye jo k clear aye thy us k kuch months bad pregnancy hui thi but us k leye doctor sure nhi thi 2 din bad bleeding start ho gaie thi beta hcg test b krwaya tha uski report b apko dekhati hon phr 8 months hogye kuch nhi ab doctor ny tube test ka kaha hy..but mera city change hogya hy or yahan doctor ny 1st wala scan keya hy or phr sy hormones test ka kaha hy mjy ap plz help krdein k may previous treatment continues kron ya abi wala
