My daughter 16 years of age missed her periods last month Ultrasound showed cyst in right ovary measuring 5.3×3.2×4.6cms with volume of 41.7 cm3 and clear internal echoes. Doc prescribed Duphaston 10mg for 10 days and novidat 250mg for 7 days. Her weight is about 42 kgs. Please let me know medications are fine and how serious is this cyst. Doc said it is fairly common nowadays.
