Aslam o Alikum... i m a pcos patient.. this mnth i took leza nd duphaston for 8 days.. but yet after leaving duphaston from more than a week i dont get my periods nd no pregnancy there... Is not duphaston bring periods if there is no pregnancy?????
dear when u will leave duphastone if there is no pregnancy u will get periods
so wait for a week atkeast

Yes duphaston can cause withdrawal bleeding if there is no pregnancy but sometimes it doesn’t work as well
Firstly if u r daignosed with PCOS have u got ur hormone analysis done and also ur ultrasound. If yes can u please send me the reports because if u have hormones disturbance u will not conceive even after taking lezra or clomid . Also it would be much better if u come to the clinic for history and examination
