my baby girl is 7 months old, she was delivered vaginally . I am not breastfeeding. I haven't had my periods yet. what could it be ? got my ultrasound done, everything seems normal .

BF causes cessation of the periods but dont think tht u cant gt pregnancy-so do ur serum bhcg to rule out pregnancy first then go fr further management-choose a suitable and effective contraceptive fr urself if conception nt required
