Nothing to worry
Your iron (hemoglobin and ferritin ) levels are low . You can take oral iron preperations like Cap Fefol Vit twice daily with water (not with milk product) . Or you can have iron injections if you can’t tolerate oral iron . You can visit my clinic for iron injections
