Talk to Gynecologist on Need A Gynac Opinion

I am 28 years old. Married since 5 years. I ha e a son who is 4 years old MashAllah. I want to concieve again bt not able to after trying for more tgen an year. Havent been to doctor yet. Wanna ask when is the best time to visit a doctor? During periods or immediately after periods? Kindly guide.
