Talk to Gynecologist on More Than Adequate AFI 17.5

this is my first pregnancy and Gestational age is 27 week, but ultrasound report shows high BPD due to more than adequate AFI 17.5cm, the doctor said dont worry, but i want to know how can i maintain AFI, what are the risks for baby and myself, what diet should i take? please suggest some guidelines, should i have OGTT? help please
Plz go for a ogtt and also got detailed anomaly scan if not done before
