Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Periods

If have irregular periods problem since so long. I'm 28 years old and unmarried. I had blood tests tsh fsh prolactin etc they are fine.Dr. said no need to have ultrawound. But still periods come after 2.5 to 3 months. Sometime I get them in consecutive months like 2 months then 2 or 2.5 month delay. I consulted a doctor she said its ok. But I do not feel like its ok. she said if we give you medicines they are artificial hormones, no need of it. just take healthy diet and exercise which I already do. my weight is 49kg. Started taking humdard masturin syrup at night daily. Its been 4 day. Any suggestion what do I do? How many time should I take syrup. I can't go for ultrasound due to covid 19. Plz suggest some medicine of anything doctor. I'm much worried.
