Hi. M 37 yrs and mother of 2 kids ages 9 years and 8 years. Both from normal delivery. I get my periods on regular time but this time I've missed my date. My lmp was 11 December and I missed my January and February periods. I am not pregnant at all. Kindly tell me what could be the reason as its very upsetting fir me. And also any medicine to regulate my cycle. Thank you.
Get your test again gor pregnancy test if negative wait for the period without medicine otherwise it will become a Habbit wait for another week and do exercise
