Last year I had twins via ivf My husband has azoospermia Therefore unable to conceive naturally we had 1 percent chance of conceiving I have missed period I cnt be pregnant Just in case done strip test and obviously it was negative I am 7 days overdue What can be the reason I always have regular 28 day cycle

No need to worry, irregular cycles are really common , the cycles can change due to hormones, change in diet , exercise or stress. If you don’t get your period for too long get an ultrasound scan done for analysis and to rule out pcod
