I am sorry for your loss. Miscarriage ke bad regular cycle start hone mai kuch time lag sakta hai and it's normal. You can wait if you are not having any other problems like fever. Abdominal pain etc.
I may take some time for the periods to start. I hope you started using some contraception one week after miscarriage. Otherwise rule out pregnancy as well
