Talk to Gynecologist on Missed My Periods (15 Days)

Salam, I am a mother of 8 months old baby boy. I missed my periods 15 days before. I also did 2 Urine strip tests with the gap of 3-4 days, and the results were Negative. I also get Beta HCG test today and the report is attached along with this query. My Hcg level is <0.100 in report. Can someone please explain about this. ? Also what could be the reason for the periods? Thanks
