Salam. I had a missed miscarriage in the 7th week of my twin pregnancy. Had a DNC in the 9th week on 25th of may. I got my periods on 26th june. I was advised by the doctors here to get an ultrasound done. Which i did and the reports are attached below. Please check them for me. I had a few deficiencies in my last pregnancy i am attaching the reports below. Please have a look and advice me some multivitamins so that i dont get this problem the next time. Also when is it safe for me to conceive again? Currently i am having only surbex Z and maxfol. I usually get headaches and feel tired. My legs and knees hurt a lot too. Please give me the best advice. Thanks
continue the same treatment and conceive aleast 6 months of your mis arriage
Waa.. u have certain problems which could be a possibility cause of ur condition. If u get them corrected it will be good for you. take an appointment n discuss about them. Tc

thyroid disturbance n vit D deficiency. thyroid function problem can lead to miscarriage. other endocrine functions also need to be evaluated.

continue folic acid and try to hv rest of 6 months from last miscarriage..
for low Tsh see a physician
Take folic acid daily and osnate d. Get your eyesight checked and plan pregnancy after 3 months.
